Community Care Program

Personal Assistance Services are provided by non-licensed staff to assist elderly and/or disabled persons with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, cooking, cleaning, etc.) to live independently in their homes and avoid entering a nursing home. Some programs also provide home modifications, adaptive aids, skilled nursing, and special therapies needed to by the client to remain in their home. Serving Lubbock and the surrounding 15 counties.
