SPCAA Family Planning Program's Mission:
To assist men and women in taking responsibility for their own reproductive health through education, counseling and medical services.
Paying for Services
SPCAA provides low-cost preventive reproduction health services. Fees for services are on a sliding fee scale determined by the woman's family size and income. Teens qualify for services based on the teen's income, not their parents income.
New Women's Health Insurance
