The part time custodian will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to cleaning and the up keeping of orderly conditions of the South Plains Community buildings and will be responsible for providing custodial services and minor maintenance repairs. This involves daily scheduled routine duties including cleaning bathrooms, floors, lawn care, building repairs and be able to lift heavy furniture up to 75 lbs. without assistance.
