The Grant Accountant is responsible for oversight of programmatic budgets, expenditure monitoring, and reporting for assigned state and federal grants. Primary duties will require a working knowledge of accounting concepts and the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to upper-level accounting matters of significance. Must be well organized and able to communicate effectively with all staff. Must have a positive attitude and be able to handle various requests for information.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
Ability to commute/relocate/work remotely/hybrid work schedules are all available, depending on education and experience
Levelland or Lubbock, Tx: Able to commute, relocate, work remotely, and/or hybrid work schedules all may be available
Work Location: Remote and hybrid work schedules may be available.
Pay: $35k-$50k plus, depending on education and experience
