The part time Custodian is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to cleaning and the up keeping of orderly conditions of the South Plains Community buildings and will be responsible for providing custodial and janitorial services. This involves daily scheduled routines and other occasional duties as assigned, assist with daily office and building cleaning and potentially minor maintenance repairs. Custodian duties will include cleaning bathrooms, floors, keep grounds clean and safe. be able to lift heavy furniture up to 100lbs with assistance.
